AdRoll was founded in 2007 with the principle that you could effectively advertise online.
2011
Rakuten Ichiba exceeds 1 trillion yen in gross transaction value.
2011
AdRoll opened the Tokyo office and Luciano Kohmura became the managing director of AdRoll Japan.
2017
Rakuten launches its global partnership with FC Barcelona, one of the most iconic and beloved football clubs in the world, strengthening the Rakuten brand globally through the unification.

AdRoll changed its name to AdRoll Group and is home to AdRoll, the E-commerce Growth Platform, and RollWorks, the B2B Growth Platform.
